A booking platform created for people traveling with dogs. Thanks to its advanced search engine and dedicated panels for hosts and users, it became the first platform of its kind in Poland. We built it using low-code technology with full SEO optimization.

DogInclusive is a comprehensive online platform offering rentals of dog-friendly accommodations. The company has been operating on the market for several years and attracts thousands of property owners and users looking for places to stay. DogInclusive is known for its wide range of accommodations perfectly adapted to the needs of both people and their four-legged companions.
Goal of the collaboration
The goal of our cooperation was to create a modern web platform that allows owners of dog-friendly properties to professionally and comprehensively present their listings, while giving users an easy and convenient booking experience.

Client needs
New version and key functionalities
The client decided to build a new version of the platform because the old portal lacked several key features for guests and owners of dog-friendly properties. This made smooth booking difficult and caused users to move to more popular booking platforms. The client also wanted to implement a more profitable billing model in the new version of the platform.
Technology
Innovative approach
Our task was to migrate data from the previous version of the service, design and implement the new DogInclusive platform with all key functionalities and continue its development. The platform was built entirely using the no-code and low-code tools Bubble and Xano. To ensure a fully comprehensive system, we also developed custom plugins and integrated the platform with various external tools covering all needs of both hosts and guests.

Initial assumptions
The main goal was to make the platform intuitive and easy to use for both property owners and users searching for accommodation across Poland. Therefore, while building DogInclusive, we focused on three types of users:
- Hosts – for whom the most important aspect was the ability to present their properties in a complete and detailed way, including adding custom listing settings.
- Users looking for accommodation – for whom easy offer discovery through advanced filtering and smooth booking was essential.
- Platform admin – who needed full control over the platform through the Admin Panel.
To meet these requirements, we carried out a number of tasks such as migrating user data from the old DogInclusive system, building an advanced booking system, creating integrations with external tools and booking platforms, enabling price and fee configuration for property owners and ensuring full platform responsiveness across different devices.
Project challenges
Work on such an advanced platform involved several challenges, including:
Platform migration
Transferring data from the client’s old system to preserve key information about the properties. Thanks to this, hosts could almost automatically migrate their data after logging into the new version of the platform.
Host panel
Creating an intuitive system that allows hosts to create listings and fully manage them on the DogInclusive platform. Property owners can easily edit descriptions and pricing, manage availability calendars, add photos, handle bookings and communicate with guests.
Complex payment system
Implementing an advanced payment system with various payment settings, seasonal pricing, additional fees and deposits.
Communication system
Enabling easy communication between hosts and users booking properties through a built-in chat on the platform.
Advanced search engine
Ensuring instant search of hundreds of listings with extensive filtering options. To achieve this, we built the search engine using Xano, which ensured fast processing of large amounts of data.
SEO indexing
Building the platform in a way that fully uses its SEO potential, allowing the indexing of more than 20,000 subpages together with their keywords, in line with the standards of major search engines.

- Workshops and design: A detailed analysis of the previous version of the DogInclusive platform and the client’s needs. Preparation of design mockups and planning of the entire infrastructure for the new version of the platform.
- System migration: Preparation of the migration scheme and execution of the full migration process, including automatic user migration upon logging into the new platform.
- Platform implementation: Development of the DogInclusive platform using Bubble, Xano and custom solutions created by our developers. Building numerous functionalities that enhance the user experience, such as the accommodation registration wizard, advanced payment system, calendar integrations, an expanded search engine and more.
- Testing: As a booking platform, it had to be prepared for all non-standard user behaviours. That is why testing was conducted intensively from the very beginning to achieve the highest quality standards.

For DogInclusive hosts:
Intuitive host panel for property registration:
- A wizard that enables easy creation and editing of accommodation listings.
- Supports various types of stays, such as rooms, cottages and apartments.
- Includes two photo galleries with the option to copy images between them and many settings for the property and individual accommodations.
- Designed to be user friendly for people of all ages.
- The registration and listing creation process is simple and fast, with clear descriptions and step-by-step navigation that helps users move smoothly through each stage.
Advanced property management:
- A property creator that allows hosts to add detailed information such as name, description, location, contact details and photos.
- Configuration of property rules, including check-in and check-out times, deposit policies and cancellation terms.
Integrations with external calendars:
- Synchronization with external booking platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb using iCal technology.
- Displaying property availability based on data from all platforms where the listing is published.
- Ability to generate integration links for additional platforms.
Pricing module:
- Ability to set detailed pricing tailored to the property’s needs, including fees for additional guests and dogs, extra services such as cleaning, deposits, prepayments and commissions.
- Advanced pricing options that allow configuration for weekdays, weekends and seasonal rates.
Reservation management panel:
- A calendar view with the option to block dates and manage both internal and external bookings.
- A conversation panel that allows easy communication with guests and verification of reservations.
For DogInclusive users:
Intuitive interface:
- Top-level UX/UI ensuring easy navigation and smooth user experience.
- Clear presentation of properties in the listing view and a map with prices and location markers.
Advanced search:
- A powerful search engine that allows filtering results by location (cities and regions), stay dates, number of guests and a wide set of amenities for both dogs and humans.
- The search engine was built using Xano, which ensures fast processing of large amounts of data.
Simple booking system:
- The ability to browse availability and confirm reservations instantly.
- Support for various payment methods through Stripe integration and clear presentation of the full price breakdown.
