A web application with AI that helps entrepreneurs in the USA obtain tax credits. It handles complex calculations and works reliably. We have been developing it for more than three years.
About project
Parachor Consulting, a company specializing in tax consulting in the United States, has decided to develop the TaxRobot app. Its purpose is to optimize tax processes and automate the acquisition of tax credits related to research and development activities.
havenocode was selected to design, implement and maintain this comprehensive application. We used the 100% Bubble platform to build this application and have been developing it for over a year.

From Payments to AI
A very important part of the project was creating integrations with external tools. Such a technologically advanced platform required identifying key functional areas for both platform administrators and end users. After detailed analysis with the client, we decided to integrate not only with existing solutions but also to build custom plugins. This allowed the TaxRobot application to gain additional valuable features, increasing its compatibility with other systems and improving overall usability.
Huge Amounts of Data and Calculations, Yet Smooth Performance
TaxRobot has been a dynamically growing web application for more than a year. During this time, a ten-person team worked on different aspects of the project, creating advanced features and solutions. Today, the application performs complex calculations related to grant and tax credit processing in the United States and enables automation of many activities connected with government funding applications.
The biggest challenge was ensuring that the application remained fast and efficient despite the large volume of calculations and data, while still staying flexible enough to support new features.
QA
Before every client presentation, each new functionality was thoroughly tested by the QA team. Using our experience, we carefully planned the testing process, which helped save the client both time and money while ensuring reliability and high quality of the solution.
Scope of work included designing a portal for applicants, businesses, and tax consultants. Additionally, they utilized the EverSign API to automatically sign documents online. They were always able to deliver the project within the requested time frame and liked to schedule touch base meetings to keep my team apprised of development.
Summary
The TaxRobot project was a challenge for havenocode, which successfully transformed it into an innovative and comprehensive application serving a wide range of clients. Thanks to its flexibility, careful change management and thorough quality control, TaxRobot meets the client's expectations and enables efficient tax accounting related to research and development in the United States.
Work on TaxRobot continues as the application is actively developed to meet the changing needs of the market. This project is an excellent example of the synergy between the no-code agency and the client, which in this case led to the creation of an innovative tax solution.
