Najem Okazjonalny, a company in operation since 2017, offers services to support the process of signing occasional lease agreements. Although the company had prior experience with external platforms, they decided to create a unique custom application that surpasses existing solutions on the market. havenocode was selected to design, implement, and further develop this application.

Work on the project initially lasted for 3 months and concluded with the first iteration. However, due to changing business conditions and results from tests conducted by the client's team, it was decided to continue working on new functionalities within the second iteration. Instead of a traditional long-term planning process, we collaboratively determined the specific number of hours needed for application development in the coming months. This allowed us to respond to current needs and optimize available resources simultaneously.
Each new functionality presented to the client underwent rigorous testing under the supervision of the Tech Lead. Internal and client-side tests were conducted, enabling real-time consultations and swift adjustments to meet requirements. As a result, all improvements were efficiently implemented according to the client's wishes and required no further revisions.
